The Systems Structural Biology Group introduces Pollen, a platform designed to help research teams explore rare biological and clinical events, test pharmaceutical hypotheses, and build proprietary datasets that include informative negative cases.
The demonstration connects physics-informed modeling at adjustable resolutions across proteins, small molecules, and membranes with data clustering, user-specific embeddings, and generative-AI tools for querying and interpreting results. Featured examples include PF4 interactions with the ChAdOx1 adenovirus capsid, protein folding and disorder, binding-likelihood dynamics, and simulated small-molecule responses.
